Difficulty installing the game client.
Make sure to follow the installation guide step-by-step. If you encounter errors, check that your system meets the minimum requirements and that you have sufficient disk space.

Unable to connect to the server.
Verify that your internet connection is stable. Make sure the server you are trying to connect to is Online, you can check the server status .
Game account problem.
Double-check your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the password recovery link. Ensure all required fields are completed correctly.
Bugs or exploits in the game.
Report any in-game bugs using our Bugreport Feature . Provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots or videos, to help us resolve the issue promptly.

To create an account, visit our registration page, where you'll be prompted to provide your details. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive it within a few minutes. (We recommend using google email.)
To connect to our server, you need to use Epirus-woW 2.4.3 client to ensure the game runs properly. Download the client from our official download page. Once downloaded, simply update files with Epirus-woW Launcher.
Even if you have wow 2.4.3 version, we recommend you to download the client from our official link to avoid compatibility issues.
Check the following: Ensure your client files are updated. Run Epirus-woW Launcher. Verify the server is online by visiting our server status page. Confirm you have a stable internet connection. Try restarting your client or device. If the issue persists, please contact us through our support ticket system.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using our password recovery system on Login page. Enter the email associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Unfortunately it is not possible at this moment.
Our server follows strict behavior guidelines. Read: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy. Players who violate the rules may be temporarily or permanently banned.
If you witness a player breaking the rules, you can report them using our report form. Provide as many details as possible, including the player's name, evidence (screenshots, videos), and a description of the situation.
Server maintenance occurs weekly. You will be notified of the exact times via our news section and social media channels or in-game.
If you encounter a bug or glitch in the game, you can report it via our bug tracker. Our development team will address the issue as soon as possible.
While we offer support for multiple language versions of the World of Warcraft client, our in-game support is currently only available in English.
The maximum level on our server is 70, consistent with the official content of The Burning Crusade expansion.
